LIVINUS collects only what is needed to reply to ministry inquiries and handles it as described below.
What we collect
The ministry inquiry form asks for the following.
- Region
- Church or organization name
- Preferred date and start time
- Venue
- Expected attendance
- First language of the congregation
- Contact name, ministry role and message (optional)
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your inquiry and coordinate the gathering. It is not used for any other purpose or sold to third parties.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and coordinate the gathering, and are deleted once that purpose is served.

Processors and cross-border transfer
Inquiries are stored on the website's hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) and delivered to the team through an email service (Resend). These providers operate servers outside Korea, so inquiries may be stored and processed abroad.
